Service Description
25 minutes of playtime! 5 minutes to make your exit. PLEASE NOTE: The sessions are in 30 minute blocks to allow for a 5 MINUTE EXIT. You must leave the park after your 25 minutes of play time are over to allow the next dogs to start their adventure on time. 🐾 Location Reminder 🐾 We’re based in a village setting near a public footpath and on a working farm. Our play area is next to a field that may have horses in it, and you may see horses coming and going during your visit. Because of this, the environment may not be suitable for all dogs, especially those who are reactive to livestock, movement, or passing walkers. Please consider whether this setting is the right fit for your pup before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy • Visitors are asked to give a minimum of 24 hours notice when making a cancellation in order to receive a refund. • Refunds for customer cancellation are issued in the form of either coupons or an alternative booking slot. • The Bark Park reserves the right to cancel the future bookings of any visitors found to be violating any of the terms and conditions herein with no notice and no refund will be issued. • The Bark Park reserves the right to terminate a booking at any point during the booking should a visitor be found violating any of the terms and conditions herein, and no refund will be issued. • The Bark Park reserves the right to cancel bookings in the case of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or safety concerns. The Bark Park endeavours to give the customer as much advance notice as possible in the case of an emergency cancellation, and a refund will be issued in the form of either coupons or an alternative booking slot.
